See this TripWow and more at tripwow.tripadvisor.com -- Reykjavik and Golden Circle tour " Arrived at KEF at 6:30 - wandered around, picked up luggage, got onto the Flybus for Reykjavik (you could either buy tickets at the desk in the terminal or on the bus - the lady had a hand-held credit card gizmo with her) and landed in town around 7:30am. We all trekked into the bus terminal with our luggage and unpacked our winter coats from the top of our biggest bag -- it was COLD -- 32°! From there, we transferred to a minibus, at no extra charge, to take us to the hotel, FossHotel Baron, and we were too early for our room. Front desk guy showed us and another family where to store luggage and we grabbed one small backpack and we were ready to head off for a tour. A Reykjavik Excursions minibus was waiting for others, so we joined it, making several more stops, and were back at the bus station with only enough time to buy tickets, take a quick trip through the café for snacks 'to go' and join the Golden Circle Tour. There were two buses and both looked to be pretty full. This I had not pre-booked, but I would think about booking ahead if we were to go again.
